Food-safe IBC container cleaning

IBC containers, also known as pallet tanks, are frequently used to store and transport liquid foodstuffs and free-flowing materials such as grain. Oil, grease and other residues must be completely removed before the containers can be thoroughly cleaned. The DYNAJET TWS 400 tank washing system thoroughly cleans the inside of the containers at up to 400 bar pressure. The tank wash head can run with water at 90°C for oily and stubborn dirt. This high temperature always delivers a hygienically perfect result.

High silos and tank silos need to be completely cleared of residues on the inside and efficiently freed of dirt, stickers, paint and rust on the outside – irrespective of whether they are used in the food or non-food sector.
