DYNAJET nozzle ABC

DYNAJET has developed a number of versatile nozzles such as the standard 15° flat-jet nozzle. Requirements of our various applications can vary.

Personal protective equipment when working with DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners

High-pressure jets can be hazardous to life and limb. We therefore strongly recommend that you wear suitable protective equipment. Please be sure you know the regulations that apply in your country and on your construction site.

Extend the service life of your high-pressure hose

A high-pressure hose should have a service life of around 6 years if properly looked after. Following a few helpful suggestions will get the most out of your machine’s service life. Here are 10 tips to protect your high-pressure hose.

Removing graffiti correctly - tips & tricks

Which water pressure, distance, blasting agent, temperature and nozzle are used to remove graffiti gently, cleanly and thoroughly? How do I proceed with different substrates - what do I have to consider? Read our tips on this subject.

Optimum jet distance when working with the high-pressure cleaner

Only with the optimal jet distance you will also achieve a good result when working with the high pressure cleaner. The jet distance depends on various factors: Type of surface, maximum pressure of the DYNAJET high-pressure cleaner used, type of nozzle and, if used, also the type of abrasive used.

Work safely with the right high-pressure gun length

The total length of a gun when working with the pressure washer, including lance and nozzle, must never be less than 75 cm. This is for safety reasons. A shorter gun drastically increases the risk of accident or injury, as the shorter the gun length, the greater the risk of your body or limbs getting into the high-pressure water jet danger zone.

Working with the DYNAJET WSS Water Sandblasting System

Water sandblasting is particularly suitable for preparing substrates or for fast, simple and efficient paint stripping. The advantage of water sandblasting is that it only needs about half the pressure of water blasting alone for an equivalent, if not better, result.

Fixing pressure loss in your high-pressure cleaner

There are many possible reasons why a pressure cleaner is no longer building up enough pressure. In most cases, a brief check-up will quickly identify and fix the fault.

Extend the life of your high-pressure cleaning gun

You can extend the life of your high-pressure cleaning gun by using the trigger less. The more often this is used, the quicker it wears out. A solution is to work quickly with the trigger constantly pulled instead of stop-start working.

Extend service life of high-pressure rotor nozzles

Rotor nozzles – also known as grime cutters – combine the benefits of the spot nozzle and the flat spray nozzle. The high-impact spot-jet nozzle removes stubborn dirt, while the rotation covers the wider area of a flat-jet nozzle.

Advantages of the high-pressure double-spray lance

The double-spray lance for professional high-pressure cleaners conveniently cleans and rinses in one. You can seamlessly regulate pressure directly on the tool. Removes stubborn dirt under high pressure and then rinses clean under low pressure, without swirling – all in one efficient operation.

Prevent calcification & decalcify your high-pressure cleaner correctly

Limescale deposits accumulate in the pipes of your high-pressure cleaner when water with a high magnesium or calcium content flows slowly or rests in hot pipes. Calcification problems occur regionally where “hard” water (for example from mountain springs) is used in th, sh or Dynabox series DYNAJET hot-water machines.

Safe on the road with DYNAJET high-pressure trailers

Please follow these instructions carefully when driving and parking your DYNAJET trailer. They cover optimum drawbar load, height of the trailer coupling and correct support.

Water quality in DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners

Water supplied for high-pressure cleaning should generally be drinking-water quality, contain as little air as possible and be cool. Never use water from open waters, from the sea or fully desalinated water, including process water, to supply the machine.

Work safely with the DYNAJET high-pressure cleaner using the hose safety strap

The hose safety strap, also known as the pull-out protection, protects the high-pressure cleaner operator from danger if a hose breaks off at the connection points.

Automatic shutdown of the high-pressure cleaner caused by lack of water

Your device automatically cuts out when there is insufficient water. This is to protect your DYNAJET pressure washer’s pump. We give you some tips here on how to avoid a shortage of water for your pressure washer.

Protect your high-pressure cleaner from frost in winter

You must protect your DYNAJET high-pressure cleaner from temperatures below 0°C. It must be filled with antifreeze if you are not able to park it indoors. We recommend a monoethylene glycol-based antifreeze as this does not attack the sealing material and protects against limescale deposits.

Remove snow and ice completely using the high-pressure cleaner

DYNAJET’s hot water high-pressure cleaners stop snow and ice from hampering your work. Simply use your DYNAJET high-pressure cleaner to deal with snow and ice on any of your stored material. They can also reach inaccessible places – such as between iron reinforcements – and create a clean substrate.

Correct lubrication of the hose connection of the high-pressure cleaner

High-quality pressure washer accessories – such as hose connectors – are usually made of stainless steel. The stainless steel hose connection must be greased with the correct lubricant to counteract the cold welding effect.

The correct temperature setting for clearing weeds with the high-pressure cleaner

A constant working temperature of 90-95°C is needed to remove weeds effectively using the high-pressure cleaner. Temperatures above 60°C are sufficient to destroy the protein structure of the weed. However, a higher temperature is needed to tackle the deeper roots.
