Checklists for inspections of DYNAJET water-jetting systems

Question: For what and when do I need a checklist?

Answered by our Service Manager:

An inspection per checklist can be compared to a car service at a garage, during which the condition and function of all the key components are checked. You can get a checklist for your high-pressure unit at any time from your DYNAJET dealer.

Inspections per checklist must be carried out at the following times:

  • When the water-jetting system is put into operation for the first time
  • Every 12 months
  • After changes to or repair of safety-relevant components
  • After interruptions in operation lasting more than six months

Once the device has been checked, an inspection label may be affixed to it. If an accident occurs with an inspected machine, the most recent inspection reports can later be used to clarify causes and questions of liability. This is why careful adherence to the inspection intervals is of particular importance.
